What belongs on Sulu Market
The marketplace is designed for digital creative goods, with a Blender-first catalog. A product should be deliverable through the platform and useful without an undisclosed off-platform service. Current creator terms list 3D assets, add-ons, scripts, and tutorials as examples. Physical goods and off-platform services require explicit approval.
A creator must own the product or hold every right needed to distribute it. That includes source code, models, textures, fonts, audio, sample files, logos, and third-party packages. Products may not contain malware, credential harvesting, hidden telemetry, or undisclosed collection. These are arithmetic illustrations, not payout quotes. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, reserves, withholding, and payment-account conditions can change the amount or timing ultimately received. Taxes and optional Blender Foundation contributions are excluded from the platform-fee base. Creator tips are included, so “100% of tips go to the seller” is not correct under the current policy.

Ownership, delivery, and buyer trust
Creators retain ownership of their products and trademarks. The creator terms grant Sulu the non-exclusive rights needed to host, store, deliver, display, and promote listed products. Buyers receive the license selected at checkout; they do not purchase the creator’s copyright.
The current buyer-delivery path checks entitlement, product, file readiness, and tier authorization before issuing a short-lived download URL. That protects marketplace delivery, but it does not replace seller testing. Upload the correct release, verify its archive structure, download it through the seller test path, and install it exactly as a buyer would.
Reviews require a qualifying order or entitlement. Sellers should respond with useful help rather than attempting to suppress criticism. Product updates should use versions and changelogs so a buyer can tell whether a fix applies to the archive they downloaded.
